Service announcement. In order to support Passpack’s growth, we’re moving to a new location. I want to describe the process here, so everyone knows what to expect.
Yesterday (Aug. 21) we had a few emails from people having problems accessing the site. In some cases they were getting random blank screens, or a “Loading libraries…” message that never went away. This has been fixed a few minutes ago.
We are scheduling a period of maintenance overnight between Monday and Tuesday. This will last about 30 minutes, during which time your Passpack account may be inaccessible.
We’ve had some reports of some folks having a hard time using the Passpack It! button. This was due to our javascript not being able to read an URL for some combinations of browsers/websites. The result was that clicking the button either returned an error, or simply appeared to do nothing. Fixed on Aug. 9, [...]
Just an update as you’re all being fabulously patient. We’ve already posted once about the release delays, but I’d like to expand on that a little bit.
UPDATE: I was told that this message was causing some confusion since the bug it adresses no loger exists. So I am crossing out, and removing, large sections of the post. It is here for posterity’s sake.
This fix has been tested and applied.
Missing Accounts? Well, no, they are not really missing. But there does seem to be a bit of confusion. In the last two days we have received a few emails from people who have created an account, only to come back and not find it there.

Just fixed a bug, the People and Messages tabs were freezing. Should work OK now. Thanks to users for the heads up!
