Sorry folks, we’re having some intermittent problems with the blog. We’ve heard that various people across the globe have been having problems with wordpress.com blogs over the last couple of days.
I have faith the Wordpress team will get it all fixed as soon as they can. In the meantime the Passpack blog may look wonky [...]
Yesterday’s server maintenance is complete. All went well enough, though I’ve been told that the “under maintenance” page wasn’t actually being shown. We’ll check into that.
Now that Passpack is packing a little more punch, we’re ready to power up for a big year. So stay tuned…

Yesterday’s big news was the free-for-now upgrade to premium accounts. Today let’s have a look at the other improvements made to the Passpack Beta 5.39.3 release.
On November 7th & 8th we had a few emails from people having problems saving their packs. They were getting a “Server error. Operation failed” alert. We have found and fixed the issue.
A couple of small changes: “remember me” improvement and CSV import changes.
We are scheduling a period of maintenance overnight between Saturday and Sunday. This is very short, about 10 minutes.
The Passpack application is now completely running off of the new server. We’ll be moving the domain name soon too. We’re almost done…
During testing of the server change, a problem with the SSL certificates was causing page refresh loop on some systems.

Just fixed a bug, the People and Messages tabs were freezing. Should work OK now. Thanks to users for the heads up!
