I am not really sure what you mean by simultaneous. Passpack Desktop and Passpack Offline target 2 different users.
Passpack Desktop – Mac and Windows
Passpack Offline – Linux

For those who aren’t able to run Adobe Air, Passpack Oflfine still remains a solution.
You wouldn’t really be running them simultaneously.
So no wrenches need fly ;)
