Using Firefox 3 RC 3, I was able to get my Passpack It! button to work. The problem seems to be that I do not accept third-party cookies.

Preferences..
Privacy..
Under Cookies, click "Exceptions"
Type "passpack.com" and click "Allow."

After closing my preferences window, it worked for me, but YMMV.
