Bugfix Alert

Yesterday (Aug. 21) we had a few emails from people having problems accessing the site. In some cases they were getting random blank screens, or a “Loading libraries…” message that never went away. This has been fixed a few minutes ago.

What happened

We made a few changes to the caching system for loading the javascript libraries. This makes accessing Passpack faster for you, and less work on your browser. However, some versions of Internet Explorer and Opera were not working properly and caused some users to see these blank screens.

What are the consequences

Everything is ok. This was a visualization problem only. You may connect to your Passpack account normally now.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

If you continue to have problems,or if you have questions, please let us know.

No longer able to acess site. Reason according to message (javascript must be enabled) All security and advanced settings are set to default levels and has far as can be determined all java settings are marked enabled. Still no luck.
